Tasting suggestions

Serve preferably at a temperature between 8 and 10°C. 

This rosé can be served at any stage of a meal, as an aperitif or starter, to accompany your barbecues, or even a good fruity dessert.

Grape variety and vinification

This wine is a blend of three grape varieties: Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah, which come from a rigorous selection of the best terroirs of the Cotes de Provence. 

For the vinification, the grapes are pressed directly with a rigorous settling of the juice afterwards. The process ends with a fermentation at low temperature.

The Château Minuty

Château Minuty is a well-known and recognized estate in the Côtes de Provence appellation. It is a family estate belonging to the Matton-Farnet family for 80 years, located in Provence. The know-how of the estate is illustrated by their traditional methods combined with the advanced technologies used to ensure the quality of their products. Proud of their terroir, the Minuty estate works with respect to their environment, in order to preserve its expression while associating it with the experience of their vineyard.
